This agreement grants Verimark exclusive distribution rights in Southern Africa to one of Infusion Brands' innovative consumer products, [ DualSaw ].

Verimark currently offers a diverse line of products in leading consumer categories, all of which are marketed in collaboration with the Verimark brand, one of the most recognized and trusted brands in Southern Africa.

The agreement marks the official rollout of the DualSaw products direct to consumers on the African Continent for the first time ever. Verimark will offer the [ DualSaw ] through direct response television media. As the fourth largest buyer of television airtime in South Africa, it is well positioned to create brand awareness for DualSaw to create sales velocity for more than 2,000 partner retail outlets, as well as its 75 company owned "As Seen On TV" franchise stores dispersed throughout territories including South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Reunion, Uganda, Nigeria, Ghana, Malawi, Angola and Mauritius.
