TORONTO, Feb. 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Yaterra Ventures Corp (OTC: YTRV) a Junior Oil and Gas Company, today announces that the Yaterra Shareholder conference call scheduled for today has been cancelled and will be rescheduled. Details to be released.
Mr. Cedric Atkinson , CEO of YTRV commented "We have chosen to reschedule our conference call to ensure our financials are completed and filed in advance of the call. This is an important and necessary step because this will allow us to once again be current and up-to-date with our filing obligations.
