WILLIAMSPORT, Md., Oct. 31, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Potomac Edison customers in Maryland and West Penn Power customers in south central Pennsylvania who lost power as a result of Hurricane Sandy can receive one bag of ice and two gallons of water at no charge at participating Giant/Martin's and Giant Eagle grocery stores. Due to the high demand for water and ice prior to the storm, supplies are limited.
