CHICAGO, Oct. 30, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- CBOE Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: [ CBOE ]) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share of common stock payable on December 21, 2012, to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 30, 2012.
