BETHESDA, Md., Oct. 29, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- American Capital Agency Corp. (Nasdaq: [ AGNC ]) ("AGNC" or the "Company") announced today that due to inclement weather associated with Hurricane Sandy, it will report its third quarter 2012 earnings this afternoon and that it has rescheduled its shareholder call to Thursday, November 1, at 8:30 am ET.  The earnings call may be further postponed depending on when equity markets reopen.
