NEW YORK--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--[ Two Harbors Investment Corp. ](NYSE: TWO; NYSE MKT: TWO.WS) today announced the appointment of Dan Koch as Managing Director.
"His experience will be invaluable as we pursue business diversification opportunities within the residential mortgage space."
Prior to joining Two Harbors, Mr. Koch was a Managing Director at Redwood Trust (NYSE: RWT) where he was responsible for sourcing jumbo prime loan acquisitions and the development of new loan origination business initiatives. Before his time at Redwood Trust, Mr. Koch was a Director at Morgan Stanley Credit Corporation where he was responsible for executing the Agency and non-Agency loan sales and securitizations. Prior to that, he was a Vice President of Asset Acquisition and Risk Management at Charter One Bank (then St. Paul Federal Bank for Savings) and a Credit Analyst at US Bancorp. Mr. Koch holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota with a degree in International Relations.
