FAIRFAX, Va., Sept. 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Kaiser Group Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") (Pink Sheets: [ KGHI ]) today announced availability of its second quarter 2012 financial statements on the Company website [ http://www.kaisergroup.com ].  

In February 2008, the Company filed a Form 15 with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") to voluntarily terminate the registration of its common stock and suspend its reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
