RICHMOND, Va., July 16, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Dominion (NYSE: [ D ]) has published its fifth annual Citizenship & Sustainability Report (CSR). The report highlights the company's social, economic and environmental performance and progress in 2011 and is organized to address topics of interest to customers, employees, shareholders, industry groups and the community.

Reporting and disclosure have been expanded in the fifth edition of the CSR in the areas of public policy, water withdrawals and recycling, company electricity use, public health and safety, and emergency preparedness.
