Cohen has joined its Wealth Management division as Senior Vice President, Senior Portfolio Manager. Cohen will be responsible for investment oversight for Cardinal Trust and Investments, as well as individual portfolio management and client relationship management.

Cohen began his career in the financial services sector more than 25 years ago. Most recently, he worked as Director of Fixed Income Investments with consultant Fortigent, LLC, where he oversaw the development of the firmas fixed income investment platform. Prior to his tenure at Fortigent, he spent eight years at Atlantic Trust Private Wealth Management as a senior portfolio manager, managing $1 billion of fixed income assets for the firmas private clients.

Cohen received an undergraduate degree in history from The College of Wooster, and an MBA from Loyola University of Chicagoas Graduate School of Business. He holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) through the CFA Institute, and is a member of the CFA Societies of Baltimore and Washington DC, and the Washington Association of Money Managers.
