NEW YORK, April 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Cohen & Steers, Inc. (NYSE: [ CNS ]) announced that it expects to release first quarter 2012 financial results after the market closes on Wednesday, April 18, 2012. The press release will be available at [ www.cohenandsteers.com ] under "Corporate Info."
The company will host a conference call on Thursday, April 19, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. (ET) with access available via webcast and telephone. Co-chairmen and co-chief executive officers, Martin Cohen and Robert Steers, and chief financial officer, Matthew Stadler, will review the results and be available for questions.

Assets Under Management
The company also announced that preliminary March 31, 2012 assets under management were $44.9 billion, which included $26.6 billion in institutional accounts, $11.6 billion in open-end mutual funds and $6.7 billion in closed-end mutual funds.
