GLEN ALLEN, Va., April 3, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Dynex Capital, Inc. (NYSE: [ DX ]) announced today that it will hold its 2012 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Monday, May 14, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time, at The Stanford Court Renaissance Hotel located at 905 California Street, San Francisco, California. Shareholders of record at the close of business on March 15, 2012 are entitled to vote their shares and attend the meeting.
