Bank of Commerce Holdingsa" Announces First Quarter Cash Dividend of $0.03 -- REDDING, Calif., March 20, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --

REDDING, Calif., March 20, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Patrick J. Moty, President and CEOof Bank of Commerce Holdings (NASDAQ: [ BOCH ]), a $979 million bank holding company and parent company of Redding Bank of Commerce™, today announced a cash dividend of $0.03 per share for the first quarter 2013.

The $0.03 per share quarterly cash dividend will be paid to shareholders of record as of March 30, 2013, and is payable on April 12, 2013.
