JACKSONVILLE, Fla.--([ ])--Regency Centers Corporation (NYSE: REG) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend payment of $0.20243 per share on the 6.625% Series 6 Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares (CUSIP: 758849707; NYSE: REGPrF), payable on April 2, 2012 to shareholders of record on March 20, 2012. The payment represents accrued but unpaid dividends up to March 31, 2012.
