Freddie Mac Prices New $3 Billion Mortgage-Linked Amortizing Notes Security

MCLEAN, Va., Jan. 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Freddie Mac (OTC: FMCC) announced today that it priced a 2.06% $3 billion Mortgage-Linked Amortizing Notes security due on January 15, 2022. The issue, CUSIP number 3134G3KS8, will settle on Tuesday, January 17, 2012.

The new Mortgage-Linked Amortizing Notes security was offered via a syndicate of dealers headed by Goldman, Sachs & Co., and co-managed by Credit Suisse and J.P. Morgan Chase.
