China 88 Capital Corp. ("China 88" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:ZRG.P) is announcing today that the TSXV has given its final approval for the name change of the Corporation to GeoVenCap Inc. and that its new ticker symbol will be GOV (collectively the "Name Change"). The TSXV has also given final approval to the Corporation for the consolidation of its issued and outstanding Common Shares on the basis of one (1) new Common Share for every five (5) Common Shares presently issued and outstanding (the "Consolidation"). The Name Change and Consolidation will be effective at the opening of the market on Thursday, November 24, 2011.

The Name Change and Consolidation was approved by the shareholders of the Corporation at the Annual and Special Meeting of the Shareholders of the Corporation held on July 7, 2011.

A new CUSIP number of 373679109 and a new ISIN number of CA3736791094 has been obtained to distinguish between the pre and post-consolidated Common Shares. Following completion of the Consolidation, the Corporation will have approximately 3,030,000 Common Shares issued and outstanding.

Pursuant to the resolution passed at the Annual and Special Meeting of the Shareholders of the Corporation held on July 7, 2011, any fractional Common Shares arising upon the Consolidation will not entitle the Shareholder to receive a fractional Common Share but instead will entitle the Shareholders to receive payment for their pre-Consolidation Common Shares against delivery of the certificates for such Common Shares at the last closing price of the pre-Consolidation Common Shares on the TSXV.
