NEW YORK--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--(NYSE: AFT) - Apollo Senior Floating Rate Fund Inc. (the aFunda) today announced that it is increasing its monthly distribution by 4% to $0.105 per share, effective with its November 2011 distribution. This increased distribution is payable on the date noted below.

The following dates apply to the declared distribution:

Ex-Date: November 15, 2011
Record Date: November 17, 2011
Payment Date: November 30, 2011
Per Share Amount: $0.105
