BOSTON, Oct. 28, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- At a meeting held on October 28, 2011, shareholders of Eaton Vance Senior Income Trust (NYSE: [ EVF ]) (the "Fund"), a closed-end investment company, voted to elect Benjamin C. Esty, Thomas E. Faust Jr. and Ronald A. Pearlman as Class I Trustees of the Fund, each for a three-year term. The Fund's Class II and Class III Trustees, who serve staggered terms, were not up for election and remain in office.
