TOLEDO, Ohio--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Health Care REIT, Inc. (NYSE:HCN) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend for the quarter ended September 30, 2011 of $0.715 per share. The dividend will be the company's 162^nd consecutive quarterly payment, payable November 21, 2011, to stockholders of record on November 8, 2011.
