PHH Corporation Names Jim Ballan Vice President of Investor Relations

MOUNT LAUREL, N.J.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--PHH Corporation (NYSE: PHH) today announced that Jim Ballan has been named Vice President, Investor Relations.

Ballan joins PHH with more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry as a senior equity and high yield research analyst and as both an investment banker and commercial banker. Most recently, he served as a senior equity research analyst at Lazard Capital Markets in New York, where he was responsible for covering Specialty Finance. Prior to that, he was a senior equity research analyst at Bear Stearns and J.P. Morgan, covering Business Development Companies (BDCs) and other permanent capital investment vehicles.
