(NYSE: EVR) announced today that Tim Carlson has agreed to join the firma™s Investment Banking business as a Senior Managing Director in its Houston office and will focus on advising companies in the oil and gas industry.

Mr. Carlson was most recently a Managing Director in J.P. Morgana™s Global Natural Resources Group. With over 14 years of experience at J.P. Morgan and Petrie Parkman & Co. primarily working with exploration and production companies, Mr. Carlson has advised on numerous M&A transactions for many of the leading companies in the sector.
