DuPont Declares Third Quarter Dividend
WILMINGTON, Del., July 15, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- DuPont (NYSE: [ DD ]) declared a third quarter common stock dividend of 41 cents per share payable Sept. 12 to stockholders of record Aug. 15. This dividend is the same as what was paid in the second quarter 2011. This is the 428th consecutive quarterly dividend since the company's first dividend in the fourth quarter of 1904.
Regular quarterly dividends of $1.12-1/2 per share on the $4.50 series preferred stock and 87-1/2 cents per share on the $3.50 series preferred stock also were declared, both payable Oct. 25, 2011, to stockholders of record Oct. 7, 2011.
