TYSONS CORNER, Va.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Cardinal Financial Corporation (NASDAQ:CFNL) is pleased to announce that David W. Frasier has joined the company as Executive Vice President, Director of Audit. In his new post, Frasier will be responsible for the audit functions of the corporation and its subsidiary companies.

Frasier has over 30 years of auditing and accounting experience in the financial services industry, most recently serving as Audit Director for Fulton Financial Corporation in Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Fulton Financial, Frasier held senior audit positions at The Columbia Bank and Riggs Bank. He began his auditing career in public accounting, and worked for Price Waterhouse.
