EAGLE ENERGY TRUST CONFIRMS FEBRUARY 2011 DISTRIBUTION

CALGARY, Feb. 15 /CNW/ - Eagle Energy Trust (the "Trust") (TSX:EGL.UN) confirms that the cash distribution to be paid on March 15, 2011, in respect of the period from and including February 1, 2011 to February 28, 2011, for unitholders of record on February 28, 2011 will be $0.0875 per trust unit.  The ex-distribution date is February 24, 2011.

The Trust is a newly formed energy trust created to provide investors with a publicly-traded, oil and natural gas focused, distribution producing investment, with favourable tax treatment relative to taxable Canadian corporations.
