GREENWICH, Conn.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--W. R. Berkley Corporation (NYSE: WRB) announced today that it priced an offering of $300 million of 5.375% Senior Notes due 2020. The net proceeds of the offering will be used for general corporate purposes. Closing of the offering is expected on September 16, 2010.
