MIDLAND, TX--(Marketwire - May 17, 2010) - StarInvest Group, Inc. (OTCBB: [ STIV ]) is pleased to announce that it has successfully foreclosed on the facilities of Western Roses Memorial Park, Inc.

The facility is a 60.89 acre licensed perpetual care cemetery with a crematory facility on site servicing the Midland and Odessa markets. STIV, with over 58% interest in Western Rose, will play a vital role in analyzing all available options to enhance the value of its investment and ultimately the interest of its shareholders. This facility has the potential to be a $100,000,000 project over the life of the cemetery.
