ENVIROTEK's "Extreme Bio-Diesel" Division Completes Phase I of Bio-Diesel Refinery Expansion
COSTA MESA, CA--(Marketwire - December 11, 2009) - ENVIROTEK (
ENVIROTEK President, Robert Thompson, today announced the facility is now fully operational at the Phase I level and is in production of high grade Bio-Diesel fuel products. The current production capacity is now at 4,000 gallons per day and Phase II is projected to increase to 10,000 gallons per day by during the first quarter 2010, with Phase III expansion scheduled of 20,000 gallons per day shortly thereafter.
The early completion of the Phase I refinery expansion has allowed the company to today complete delivery of the first 4,000 gallons of Bio-Diesel to complete a purchase order from a local municipality water district for use with their diesel water pumps. The use of Bio-Diesel versus regular Diesel oil by such municipalities helps add additional lubrication and emission reduction. The completion of this initial purchase order is expected to open further opportunities with other local municipalities.
ENVIROTEK President Robert Thompson stated, "ENVIROTEK's residual Glycerin by-product, from the refining process of Extreme's Bio-Diesel, has resulted in discussions for the purchase of a Magnegas natural gas production system. The Glycerin by-product will fuel the Magnegas Arc Flow Natural Gas production process. This will enable the company to assist with the supply of clean burning natural gas alternative fuel products to Industries and municipalities as an alternative for propane powered vehicles and equipment."
ENVIROTEK is a certified state and federal biodiesel facility enrolled in the government renewable energy carbon credit program. The company receives an additional $1.33 per gallon for every gallon of ASTM Biodiesel produced.
Extreme Bio-Diesel's SEMA 2008 Award Winning "Extreme Extractor" Portable Bio-Diesel refinery systems, manufactured at the Corona facility, recently increased manufacturing capabilities of the products to accommodate recent inquiries from web-based storefronts and the company's website. The company has started monthly full page advertisements in "Diesel World Magazine." The first full page Ad is scheduled to hit the news stands next week.
By using almost all of ENVIROTEK 's strategic partnerships technologies, the end result is the transformation of waste materials to clean burning renewed energy and power, for use as Clean Burning Vehicle fuels, Including Bio-Diesel, Gasoline, and Jet Fuel and now Magnegas, a clean burning alternative to natural gas emitting oxygen and less emissions than fossil fuel through the vehicles exhaust systems.
