Grey Horse Corporation: Grey Horse Appoints Donald A. Wright as Chairman of the Board of Directors

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Oct. 13, 2009) - Grey Horse Corporation (TSX:GHC) ("Grey Horse" or "the Corporation"), a Canadian financial services company serving the corporate and institutional market, reported today the appointment of Donald A. Wright as Chairman of the Board of Directors. The appointment is effective immediately.

Mr. Wright is President and Chief Executive Officer of The Winnington Capital Group, an investment counsel and portfolio management company. His career spans more than 30 years in the investment industry during which time he has held numerous leadership positions including President of Merrill Lynch Canada, Executive Vice-President, Director and member of the Executive Committee of Burns Fry Ltd., Chairman and CEO of TD Securities and Deputy Chairman of TD Bank Financial Group.

Mr. Wright currently serves as Chairman of the Board of VIA Rail Canada Inc., Chairman of the Board of Richards Packaging Inc., Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Richards Packaging Income Fund, and Chairman of the Board of Attwell Capital Inc. He is also a member of the boards of directors of Black Bull Resources Inc., GMP Capital Trust and DHX Media Ltd. Mr. Wright supports numerous charitable organizations. Notably, he is a member of the Board of Trustees of The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto and a member of the Royal Ontario Museum Governors' Finance Committee.
