MOORESVILLE, NC--(Marketwire - August 27, 2009) - Potencia USA LLC and Bebida Beverages Company (PINKSHEETS: [ BBDA ]) have announced today that after a six-day trip to the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area we are moving closer toward another venture in the Southwest market.

Bebida CEO Brian Weber has started down the path toward establishing a co-packing facility in the Grand Prairie area. This enterprise will more than likely be a subsidiary of Bebida Beverage Company named Bebida Beverage Bottling Co. As Bebida Beverages and Potencia Products continue to expand in both the Southern USA, South Africa, Mexican and South American markets, our goal is to establish our own facility to produce these products. They will also provide packing & logistics services for other beverage companies looking for options to their current packing needs. This venture is estimated at 3-3.5 million dollars and should create 22-28 new employment opportunities in the area.

"We are so excited about the conversations we've had in the past few weeks with representatives from the SBA and loan facilitators about the prospect of this venture. We are currently working on documentation to apply for government loan guarantees that exist for viable businesses that produce jobs and bring in money from outside the USA," said Brian Weber.

"This trip was more than having meetings with several new prospective distributors for our products. I had the opportunity to look at 10 or 12 buildings in the area, in the 50k square ft range, that offer a lot of promise. We will be working closely with the local economic development persons on the incentive packages over the next few weeks," added Brian.

"Being able to pack our own products helps in many ways, we won't have to ship so far when we sell our products in the entire Southwest and Mexico. We can ship our international sales out of the Port of Houston and we will increase shareholder value by adding equity in equipment and higher margins on our products," stated Brian.
