MISSION VIEJO, CA--(Marketwire - February 25, 2009) - CelLynx Group, Inc. (
The Company has entered into a Materials Service Agreement with SiiX Logistics for strategic supply chain management. Based in Laguna, Philippines, SiiX has more than 15 years' experience in contract supply chain management for the electronics industry with customers including REMEC, Hitachi and Fuji. It is ISO certified and a subsidiary of SiiX Corp, a $1.5 billion company headquartered in Osaka, Japan, whose customers also include Panasonic.
Under CelLynx direction, SiiX will be responsible for sourcing and providing all materials and components for manufacturing the CelLynx 5BARz™ Universal and SOHO booster Units -- some of which may be private labeled depending on CelLynx customer requirements.
Separately, CelLynx announced that it has signed a Manufacturing Service Agreement with Pacific Spectrum Technology Solutions (PSTS) for 5BARz booster "box build" assembly. PSTS has current capacity to manufacture up to 30,000 5BARz Units per month, which may be increased substantially when needed. Based in Laguna, Philippines in the same industrial park as SiiX, PSTS is ISO 9000 certified and has a veteran management team with more than 50 years' RF electronics manufacturing experience. Its customer base includes REMEC Broadband Wireless and Celestica.
PSTS will assemble the 5BARz units to CelLynx specs -- for test and quality control under SiiX management -- and will warranty the Units it manufactures. PSTS will deliver the completed 5BARz Units to the Manila Seaport for shipping direct to CelLynx, or its customers', designated distribution centers.
Daniel Ash, CelLynx President and Chief Executive Officer, said, "I am gratified by the strong vote of confidence in CelLynx by both SiiX and PSTS. These two leading firms, well respected for the highest standards of quality, have stepped up to back the launch of 5BARz with their industry expertise."
"These strategic alliances position CelLynx to quickly capture market leadership with its breakthrough technology in a marketplace with pent up demand for a quality, consumer friendly solution to the weak cell signal problem," Mr. Ash said. "CelLynx looks forward to building a long and successful relationship with SiiX Logistics and Pacific Spectrum Technology Solutions."
About CelLynx Group, Inc.
Headquartered in Mission Viejo, California, CelLynx produces, and has begun to market, breakthrough plug 'n play cell phone signal amplification technology. (See [ www.cellynx.com ]). This next generation product, CelLynx 5BARz™, is the first single piece unit that strengthens weak cellular signals to deliver higher quality signals for voice, data and video reception on cell phones being used indoors or in vehicles.
Unlike competing technologies, CelLynx's patent pending 5BARz™ technology does not require any installation, outside antennas or cables. It capitalizes on widespread customer dissatisfaction with indoor and vehicular cell phone coverage, and on the phenomenal worldwide growth of voice, data and video applications on cellular networks.
