Ameren to Hold Conference Call on 4th Quarter and Full Year 2008 Earnings

ST. LOUIS--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Gary L. Rainwater, Chairman, President and CEO of Ameren Corp. (NYSE:AEE), will join Warner L. Baxter, President and CEO of Ameren Services and CFO of Ameren Corp., to discuss fourth quarter and full year 2008 financial results, 2009 earnings guidance and other matters related to the company in a conference call with financial analysts on Wednesday, Feb. 18, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (9:00 a.m. Central Time).

The call will be broadcast live over the Internet at [ www.ameren.com ]. Supporting materials for the call will also be posted in the Investors/Presentations area of Ameren's Web site. A replay of the Webcast will be available for one year approximately one hour after the close of the call.

With assets of $21 billion, Ameren serves about 2.4 million electric customers and almost one million natural gas customers in a 64,000 square mile area of Missouri and Illinois.
