Community Bank of the Bay Adds Michael Skubic to Be a Major Contributor to Growth

OAKLAND, Calif.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Community Bank of the Bay (OTCBB:CBYAA) has announced that Michael Skubic has joined the bank.

"Mike brings more than 25 years of commercial banking experience, predominately serving the small- and middle-market in the East Bay. Skubic most recently was executive vice president and head of East Bay commercial banking for Presidio Bank. Prior to Presidio, Skubic joined Diablo Valley Bank as it was starting up and stayed through its acquisition by Heritage Commerce Corp in 2007. He previously worked for Civic Bank of Commerce before its 2002 acquisition by City National Bank.

Skubic is a long time resident of Oakland. He is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley with a degree in economics and has an M.B.A. in finance from the University of San Francisco. Skubic is the current president of the board of directors for Alameda County Meals on Wheels.
