Pandey Business Group has launched a new hotel brand, Hotel Indigo, in Auckland's Viaduct Harbour, following an $8 million refurbishment of the former Oaks Hotel. The transformation, which took 18 months, involved a complete redesign of the 94-room hotel to align with the Hotel Indigo brand's focus on local culture and character. The hotel now features a new restaurant, The Good Home, and a bar, The Good Bar, both emphasizing local cuisine and ingredients. This development is part of Pandey Business Group's strategy to expand its hospitality portfolio and cater to the growing demand for unique, locally-inspired accommodations in New Zealand.
