ATLANTA, March 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc. (NYSE: [ IVR ]) declared a cash dividend of $0.65 per share for the first quarter of 2013. The dividend will be paid on April 26, 2013 to shareholders of record on April 1, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of March 27, 2013.
