NEW YORK, Jan. 9, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Cohen & Steers, Inc. (NYSE: [ CNS ]) announced that it expects to release fourth quarter 2012 financial results after the market closes on Wednesday, January 23, 2013. The company will host a conference call on Thursday, January 24, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. (ET) with access available via webcast and telephone. Co-chairmen and co-chief executive officers, Martin Cohen and Robert Steers , and chief financial officer, Matthew Stadler , will review the results and be available for questions.

Assets Under Management
The company also announced that preliminary December 31, 2012 assets under management were $45.8 billion, which included $24.8 billion in institutional accounts, $13.0 billion in open-end mutual funds and $8.0 billion in closed-end mutual funds.
