INDIANA, Pa., Jan. 2, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- First Commonwealth Financial Corporation (NYSE: [ FCF ]) announced today that it will host a conference call on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. local time to discuss financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2012. The call will be hosted by T. Michael Price , President and Chief Executive Officer. He will be joined by Robert E. Rout , Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and I. Robert Emmerich , Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer. First Commonwealth will issue a press release reporting its fourth quarter 2012 financial results by 9:00 a.m. on January 30, 2013.
