BETHESDA, Md., Dec. 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- American Capital Mortgage Investment Corp. (Nasdaq: [ MTGE ]) ("MTGE" or the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.90 per share for the fourth quarter 2012.  The dividend is payable on January 28, 2013 to common shareholders of record as of December 27, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of December 24, 2012.
