UMED Acquires Mineral Rights to 1,440 Acres

FORT WORTH, TX--(Marketwire - Nov 13, 2012) -  UMED Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ UMED ]), a Texas Corporation, announces acquisition of 100% interest in mineral rights located in Arizona.

UMED has acquired the rights to placer mining leases on 1,440 acres of land in Arizona. The Company is in the process of obtaining current samples for testing to give it a basis for developing a mining program on the property.
