ALLENTOWN, Pa., May 16, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- PPL Corporation (NYSE: [ PPL ]) on Wednesday (5/16) declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.36 per share, payable July 2, 2012, to shareowners of record as of June 8, 2012. This is the company's 266th consecutive quarterly dividend.
