Front Street MLP Income Fund Ltd. Declares Quarterly Distribution and Expected Distributions for Next 12 Months

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 22, 2012) -

Front Street MLP Income Fund Ltd. (the "Fund") (TSX:MLP.A), is pleased to announce a distribution of $0.15 per Equity Share for the period from January 1, 2012 to the quarter ending March 31, 2012. The distribution is anticipated to be payable on or before April 13, 2012 to Shareholders of record on March 30, 2012.

Front Street Capital is pleased to announce a distribution increase of $0.05 per Equity Share for the 2012 calendar year.

The Fund also announced that the expected quarterly distribution amount for the next 12 months is $0.60 per Equity Share. The determination of such distribution amount was based on Front Street Capital's, the manager of the Fund, estimate of the distributions expected to be made by the MLPs in the Fund's MLP portfolio and the anticipated expenses of the Fund.
