STAG Industrial, Inc. Declares Fourth Quarter Common Stock Dividend
BOSTON, Dec. 15, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- STAG Industrial, Inc. (the "Company") (NYSE: [ STAG ]), a company focused on the acquisition, ownership and management of single-tenant industrial properties throughout the United States, announced that today its Board of Directors declared a fourth quarter common stock dividend of $0.26 per share, payable on January 13, 2012 to all common stockholders of record on December 30, 2011. On an annualized basis, this dividend equates to $1.04 per share, or an annual distribution rate of 9.24%, based on the Company's closing pricing on December 15, 2011 of $11.25 per share.
