CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Oct. 31, 2011) - Jinhua Capital Corporation (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:JHC.P), a capital pool company, announces that further to its press releases of August 21, 2010 and March 1, 2011 and its filing of a Preliminary Prospectus dated April 29, 2011 with the Alberta Securities Commission, British Columbia Securities Commission, the Saskatchewan Financial Services Commission, the Ontario Securities Commission and the Nova Scotia Securities Commission, the Corporation will not be proceeding with its proposed Qualifying Transaction with Hoking Steel Structure Co. Ltd. and has withdrawn its proposed prospectus offering of common shares.

It is expected that the common shares of the Corporation will resume trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on or about November 2, 2011.
