SASKATOON, SK, Oct. 5, 2011 /CNW/ - The board of directors of 49 North Resources Inc. ("49 North" or the "Company") (TSX-V:FNR) has approved the grant of 20,000 stock options to an employee pursuant to the Company's 2008 Stock Option Plan. The options are exercisable at $3.01 per share, and if not exercised, expire October 3, 2021, subject to earlier expiration in accordance with the 2008 Stock Option Plan and the applicable policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
