P2 Solar Hires VP of Operations as it Prepares to Enter Ontario Solar PV Market

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - March 2, 2011) - P2 Solar, Inc. (the "Company") (OTCBB:PTOS) is pleased to announce the addition of Mr. Nav Dhaliwal as head of operations for Ontario, Canada. Mr. Dhaliwal has been named as VP Business Development for Ontario region, and will focus on developing projects for the company with a goal to commission 10MW or more of solar PV projects in Ontario in 2011.

The company is in the process of signing an agreement with a real estate consulting firm that is experienced in site selection, development and tie-up under Ontario's FIT program. These consultants will assist Mr. Dhaliwal and P2 in narrowing down a short list of potential sites based on additional feasibility study as well as zoning, soil conditions and other factors. Entry into the Ontario market will add value to the development of P2's business strategy.

Mr. Nav Dhaliwal (CA), began his business career as a chartered account with KPMG, where he specialized in restructuring debt and completing business viability assessments for financial institutions, venture capital and private equity clients. He later became a senior associate at Trivandrum Capital where he focused on investment in clean technology start-ups. This led him to a growing interest and passion for alternative energy. As head of business development for P2's Ontario region, Mr. Dhaliwal is focused on developing a solar presence for the company as part of its business strategy.
