AXIS Global Accident & Health Names Peter Vogt Chief Operating Officer

Based in Princeton, NJ, Peter manages AXIS Global Accident & Healtha™s Actuarial, Finance, IT, and Operations teams.

Before joining AXIS Global Accident & Health, Peter was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Penn Mutual. Prior to joining Penn Mutual, Peter served as Chief Financial Officer of CIGNA Group Insurance for six years, and also held both leadership and actuarial positions in his 15 years at Hartford Life Insurance Company. Peter graduated from Temple University with a B.B.A. in Actuarial Science and Economics. He is a fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
