Home Trust Selects Bell ID for Internet PIN Management Solution

TORONTO, Dec. 8 /CNW/ - Home Trust Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Home Capital Group Inc. (TSX: HCG) has selected Bell ID's web-based Personal Identification Number (PIN) management solution, I-PIN, to provide Home Trust credit card customers with the ability to manage their PINs via the internet.

Home Trust is implementing innovative PIN management solutions for its customers in the absence of its own ATM infrastructure.  With I-PIN, Home Trust chip-enabled credit cardholders can securely change or unlock their PINs by using a USB smart card reader, issued at no charge by Home Trust, and any computer with an internet connection. The Bell ID online PIN management solution is a chip-based PIN change application that is integrated into Home Trust's website.
