PEMBROKE, Bermuda--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: RNR) will conduct an investment community conference call on Wednesday, February 10, 2010 at 9:30 AM ET to discuss its financial results for fourth quarter and full year 2009, as well as the company's outlook. RenaissanceRe will release the results following the close of market on Tuesday, February 9, 2010.
