MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Feb. 3, 2009) - Intema Solutions Inc. (TSX VENTURE:ITM) today announced the acquisition of Komunik Koversation, a leader in developing turnkey relationship marketing solutions. Valued at $400 000, this transaction is an all cash deal and will increase Intema's revenue of $2 500 000.
Komunik Konversation's offering includes planning, implementing, deploying and measuring email marketing campaigns, interactive projects, as well as marketing programs such as email sampling, loyalty programs, e-cards, welcome messages, contests and viral marketing.

The acquisition includes niche technology such as the marketing platforms called Konversation and Maestro. These applications will be added to Intema's relationship marketing offering, thus reducing future development investments. The Komunik Konversation staff who successfully built the company's reputation will join Intema's team to offer better quality services.
Komunik Konversation's key clients include Ikea, Rona, Fido, L'Oreal, and ING Direct.
