MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Feb. 3, 2009) - Intema Solutions Inc. (TSX VENTURE:ITM) today announced the acquisition of Komunik Koversation, a leader in developing turnkey relationship marketing solutions. Valued at $400 000, this transaction is an all cash deal and will increase Intema's revenue of $2 500 000.

Komunik Konversation's offering includes planning, implementing, deploying and measuring email marketing campaigns, interactive projects, as well as marketing programs such as email sampling, loyalty programs, e-cards, welcome messages, contests and viral marketing.

Komunik Konversation's key clients include Ikea, Rona, Fido, L'Oreal, and ING Direct.
