India: Musk's X sues Modi's government in censorship battle

X Corp contends that the government's orders to block entire accounts rather than specific content are excessive and that the lack of transparency in these orders violates principles of natural justice. The case highlights a significant clash between digital rights and governmental control over online content, with X Corp seeking judicial intervention to address these issues.
