YWCA Delaware was selected from scores of applications primarily because of its positive impact in the Sussex County community and its many programs which provide women with the support and inspiration to reach their potential. Proceeds from this year's outing will help support YWCA Girl, a program that improves the lives of low-income, at-risk girls by helping them graduate from high school, and offering guidance to help them on a path to achieve their higher education and career goals.
