MCLEAN, Va., Jan. 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- [ Gladstone Investment Corporation ] (NASDAQ: [ GAIN ]) (the "Company") announced today that its board of directors declared monthly cash distributions:

Common Stock

$0.050 per share of common stock for each of January, February and March 2013, payable per Table 1 below.  The Company has paid 90 consecutive monthly cash distributions on its common stock as well as a bonus dividend payment in March 2012.

Term Preferred Stock
